Key to our continuing success is Thorburn's dedicated, experienced personnel and the wealth of experience they make available to us.  Staff are encouraged to partake of ongoing training programmes, regularly attending industry, supplier and practitioner seminars, workshops and short courses.  Site visits are also undertaken outside of project-related activity, giving our personnel valuable background experience in areas as diverse as steel fabrication, pipeline manufacturing and specialist installation work

This "broad spectrum" approach ensures that no-one works in isolation - all members of Thorburn's team are encouraged to take an interest in all of the areas in which we operate.  Through this Company-wide familiarity with our operations we achieve the high level of quality and diligence on which we pride ourselves.
